1 pint of Ribena

2 slices of toast

Lunch
Baked potato (with Tuna, sweetcorn and spring onion)

Dinner
Warm Chinese Chicken Salad

Drinks
3 cups of tea
3 pints of Diet Coke

Snacks
1/2 toast with peanut butter

Day 33, Monday 16th October 2006

Breakfast
1 bowl of Shreddies
1 slice of toast

Lunch
1 bowl of Mushroom Soup
1 BLT sandwich (tasteless - shop bought)

Dinner
Grilled Salmon with Chinese five spice, new potatoes, mixed salad

Drinks
4 cups of tea
2 glasses of water
1 glass of red wine

Day 32, Sunday 15th October 2006

Breakfast
1 bowl of Shreddies
1 slice of toast

Lunch
Roast Lamb, roast potatoes, cabbage and sweetcorn*

Tea
Bowl of Heinz Cream of Tomato soup*
1 poached egg on toast*

Drinks
5 cups of tea
1 glass of red wine
3 pints of Murphys

*Again, some of which was "ejected" from my stomach at a later stage

Day 31, Saturday 14th October 2006

Breakfast
1 bowl of Shreddies
1 slice of toast

Lunch
Ham salad baguette

Dinner
Cottage Pie

Snacks
7 packets of crisps*

Drinks
3 cups of tea
1 bottle of Diet Coke (500ml)
2 glasses of water
2 pints of Guinness
4 bottles of Budweiser

Day 30, Friday 13th October 2006

1 ham and cheese toastie

Stir Fried Chicken and rice
Nachos
Lamb Stew
Ice Cream Bomb

4+ glasses of orange squash punch
