1 bowl of Shreddies
1 slice of toast

Lunch
Ham salad baguette

Dinner
Cottage Pie

Snacks
7 packets of crisps*

Drinks
3 cups of tea
1 bottle of Diet Coke (500ml)
2 glasses of water
2 pints of Guinness
4 bottles of Budweiser

* Later, along with most of the rest of the food remaining in my stomach, was "evacuated" during the night
