1 bowl of Mushroom Soup
1 BLT sandwich (tasteless - shop bought)

Dinner
Grilled Salmon with Chinese five spice, new potatoes, mixed salad

Drinks
4 cups of tea
2 glasses of water
1 glass of red wine
