Breakfast
1 bowl of Shreddies
1 slice of toast

Lunch
Various "nibbles" (Bread sticks, parsnip crisps, pitta bread bits, etc...)

Dinner
Various leftover "nibbles" (Mainly parsnip crisps, dry pitta things, and a lot of hummus

Snacks
1 slice of peanut butter on toast

Drinks

3 cups of tea
6 pints of Guinness
