Breakfast
1 bowl of Sheddies
2 slices of toast

Lunch
1 sausage sandwich (with onion marmalade)

Dinner
Mixed Grill (sausage, lamb chop, pork chop, steak, chips, peas, onion rings)
1 slice of apple pie

Drinks
3 cups of tea
1 bottle of water
4 pints of Guinness
