Day 3 - Friday 15th September

Breakfast
1 bowl of Shreddies
1 slice of toast

Lunch
1 can of Heinz tomato soup
1 ham and tomato toastie

Dinner
Roast Chicken, new potatoes, roast cauliflower, broccoli
Slice of apple pie

Drinks
2 cup of tea
2 bottle of water
6 pints of Guinness
